*1 Round Punch Body is dedicated to NEXIII. Please use Ast(1/2”) & Bst(1 1/4”) Round Punch Body with anti-rotation pin. Punch height changes on its own during processing if it has no pin. In that case, there is a danger of tooling or machine being damaged.
*2 Tool Mark-Less is optional.
*3 When punching more than 6.0mm thickness plate, the Spring Assy replacement is recommended every 500,000 hits to avoid the trouble incurred by spring fatigue.
*4 This excludes narrow-type tool and the punch mode where die penetration is more than 2.5mm.Under-sized B(1-1/4“ ) tool becomes same Max. grind life as A(1/2”).When grind-value exceeds recommendation value 2mm, the tooling size tolerance will be out-of warranty. And when grind life exceeds 2mm, re-machining of slug-ejector hole is required.
