Power vacuum die prevents from slug pulling.

• Important point is how to protect the slug pulling to perform the precision nibbling with 0.5mm pitch.
• By feeding the air through die holder & power vacuum die and creating the tilt angle of air blow inside of the die space to stop the slug pulling.
• This vacuum effects enable the punch penetration 1.0mm into the die much smaller ( than used to be 2.5mm), and it results in higher hit rate, at the mean time this increases the tooling life.
