Setup Time Reduction Effects
Due to high-mix low-volume production and multiproduct variable quantity production, the deterioration of operation rates was caused by the increase of setup per day. But now, stage bending with multiple setup function by machine/software/tooling enables to reduce the daily setup time and increase the operation rates.

Since the conventional tooling is different in height, the mute point of the laser safe needs to be adjusted every time. However, AFH Tools (fixed height) eliminates this.
