Cautions

Selection of Pad/Retainer

Please select proper pad in consideration of product shape/material/machine capacity.
In case of U-bending/R-bending, pad width has to be more than 1.5 times the product width.
Pad length should be same as punch length.
Therefore the pad will be used by combination with L and S, but joint mark issue does not occur. Custom lengths are available.

Design of Air Channel

Custom-made design for air channel is available. The precision will improve by using spacer and deflector bar for air channel.

Pad Durability

Pad life is 20,000 or more hits under V-bending. Mineral oil does not affect pad life.
But sharp edge like punch edge will damage the pad by direct contact, so please be careful not to scratch the pad.
